Ms. Sancha, "She's Dirty." Taking It Doggy-Style, (Aries Music Ent. 2003.)
Sentence diagrams, introduced to the American public by S.W. Clark in A Practical Grammar, in which Words, Phrases and Sentences Are Classified According To Their Offices and their Various Relations to One Another (1860), are intended to order and illuminate English syntax. Here, in a series of 9 drawings, organized by the syntax of the lyrics of "She's Dirty," it becomes readily apparent how Sancha stresses diagramming structures beyond their limits. In her songs, she wrangles with and mangles heterosexual strictures and here, I provide the scraps.
